We are looking for a senior real estate developer for a long-term assignment of one year starting immediately!

About the assignment The assignment is a consulting assignment via Bemannia starting immediately and lasting for one year. You will work full-time (100%) and will be based in the office in Stockholm. The work will mostly be on-site, and there may be opportunities for remote work by agreement.

Your tasks

You will work as a senior real estate developer where you will, among other things, read and understand civil and LMV agreements as well as land lease agreements and purchase agreements. You will be involved in driving a project and preparing documentation and materials related to it.

Your qualifications

• Relevant higher education.

• Previous experience as a project manager in a similar field.

• Extensive knowledge of land surveying, reading and understanding civil and LMV agreements as well as land lease agreements and possibly purchase agreements that form the basis for the legal conditions.

• Ability to propose which agreements should be in place going forward (what should be removed and what should be added).

• Ability to project manage and prepare documentation and materials related to project management.

• Ability to understand and suggest which real estate legal measures would be value-creating.

• Knowledge of technical components, status, and measures.

• Investigate liability issues based on future investments.

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Municipal experience.

Meritorious

• If you have previously worked within the City of Stockholm, it is meritorious.
